Sour Aunt Raspberry Sour Ale

The aunt is sour, but she's sweet and glittering. The Sour Aunt Philly Sour Ale is part of a series of fruited sour beers brewed with a unique strain of yeast that gives them a very smooth and round sourness. In this one, we have used a huge proportion of raspberries to showcase the juiciness of this fruit, with a nice sourness provided by our philly sour beer base.
Olut on karkkisen vadelmaveneenpunainen. Sen tuoksu on vadelmainen ja hitusen hapan. Maku on myös vadelmainen, mutta happamuus on melko lempeää, maku on enemmänkin hilloinen tai kypsän marjainen kuin happaman tai kirpeän marjainen eikä happamuuskaan potki kovin lujaa. Kaura ja vehnä tuovat pehmeyttä sekä tuoksuun että makuun. Sour Aunt on hapanolueksi pehmeä ja jollain tavalla smoothiemainen, vaikka ei olekaan paksu.
Sour Aunt on kohtalaisen helposti juotava entry level -hapanolut niille, joita hapanoluet saattaisivat kiinnostaa. Jos Keran halleille lähtisi vaikkapa 15.5.2021 avattavalle Tired Unclen terassille, niin ensin kannattaa poiketa setien kautta ja hakea sen jälkeen naapurista toinen vadelmainen hapanolut, 8-Bit Brewingin Razident Evil 2 Sour Hazzard.
The Golden Uncle New England IPA

Legend says that during the time of the Conquistadors, there was a local king in the Amazon forest who was bathed with gold dust for purification. He was El Dorado, The Golden One. The legend grew to become a Golden City and quickly turned into the holy grail of South America, searching after which scores of explorers lost their lives. The Golden Uncle New England IPA is an ode to the legend, given its amazing golden color and the use of an enormous amount of El Dorado hops, combined with Citra and Mosaic for maximum juiciness.
Olut on samea ja väriltään oranssiin vivahtavan kullankeltainen. Tuoksussa on runsaasti trooppista hedelmää, mangoa ja ananasta. Maku on mehukkaan hedelmämehuinen, siinä on appelsiinia, hieman ananasta ja sitrusta. Sekä tuoksussa että maussa on häivähdys greippiä. Katkeruus tulee esiin jälkimaussa. Hyvä NEIPA.

Kuten arvata saattaa, Sour Aunt oli Marjutin suosikki ja Golden Uncle puolestaan Jussin suosikki.
